Harold K. (“Ken”) Tummel

Since 1981, Ken has represented hundreds of individuals, banks, insurance companies, manufacturers, construction companies, utility companies, churches, and professional organizations. He is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, a designation reserved for trial lawyers across the country who have recovered millions of dollars for individual clients. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University, after studying at Harvard and Caltech. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Texas, and is a member of the bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, the US Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, the US Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.

Lydia Casso Tummel

Since 1994, Lydia has represented hundreds of individuals, construction companies, small businesses, and other private organizations in civil actions, including mass tort actions. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has represented many non-English speaking clients during her career. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University, after studying at Harvard and Yale. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Texas, and is a member of the bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
